vworld Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

This document ("Terms and Conditions") is a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and vworld ("Platform", "we" or "vworld"). These terms govern all aspects of using the vworld platform including account registration, use of gaming services, financial transactions and communications between players and us.

By completing the account registration process or using any part of the vworld platform, you expressly and implicitly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions together with our Privacy Policy. Both documents are read together and form the entire agreement between you and vworld.

If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you are required to stop using the platform immediately and contact our support team to close your account.

2. Account Eligibility and Registration

Use of the vworld platform is restricted to individuals who meet the following conditions:

• At least 21 years old on the date of registration and when using the platform;
• Not subject to any local laws or regulations that prohibit participation in online gaming activities;
• Registering as a private individual and not on behalf of any business entity;
• Never been permanently or temporarily banned from using the vworld platform.

Each player is only allowed to hold one registered account. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts and the freezing of any existing balances. All personal information provided during registration, including full name, date of birth, mobile number and email address, must be accurate and current.

vworld reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time to confirm the validity of an account. Players may be asked to submit a copy of their identity card (MyKad), bank statement or other supporting documents. Refusal to comply with this verification process may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

The vworld platform accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and crypto assets including USDT, BTC and ETH. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR) or the equivalent value for crypto assets.

Additional conditions relating to financial transactions:

• All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method registered in the player's own name. Use of third-party accounts is prohibited;
• vworld reserves the right to hold or reject any withdrawal request that raises suspicion of money laundering or fraud;
• Any taxes or charges imposed by payment service providers are entirely the player's responsibility;
• Deposits cannot be refunded once used for wagering, unless there is a technical error acknowledged by vworld;
• vworld does not charge any processing fees on deposits or withdrawals made through the listed methods.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

vworld offers various promotional offers from time to time. Acceptance of any bonus or promotion is subject to the specific conditions of that offer and the general terms stated here.

Welcome Bonus: New players are eligible to receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of RM888. The wagering requirement is 25 times the bonus amount received before winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

For example: if a player deposits RM100, the bonus received is RM150, bringing the total balance to RM250. The wagering requirement to be met is RM150 × 25 = RM3,750. For a deposit of RM1,200, the maximum bonus of RM888 is given, bringing the balance to RM2,088 with a wagering requirement of RM888 × 25 = RM22,200.

• The bonus can only be used once per account;
• Attempts to abuse the bonus system, including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, will result in bonus cancellation and account closure;
• vworld reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotional offer at any time without prior notice;
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period set for each offer.

The vworld VIP programme offers three membership tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold — each providing weekly cashback of up to 0.4%, 0.8% and 1.2% respectively. Eligibility for tier upgrades is based on a player's overall wagering activity and is assessed periodically by vworld.

5. Game Rules

The vworld platform offers various game categories including online slots, live casino, sports betting, crash games and other options. Each game category is subject to specific rules available within the respective game interface.

• Game results produced by the vworld system are final and cannot be disputed, unless there is clear evidence of a system technical failure;
• If a technical disruption occurs during an active game session, vworld will endeavour to resolve the situation fairly based on system records;
• The use of any automated software, bots or other methods to manipulate games is strictly prohibited;
• Players are responsible for ensuring their internet connection is stable during a game session. vworld is not liable for losses arising from connection disruptions on the player's end;
• Any bet confirmed by the system cannot be cancelled.

For sports betting, bets confirmed before the start of an event will be processed at the odds applicable at the time the bet was placed, unless stated otherwise in the specific market rules.

6. Player Responsibilities

Every vworld player bears full responsibility for their use of this platform. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Ensuring that use of the platform complies with the laws and regulations in force in the player's country of residence;
• Betting within personal financial means and not using funds required for basic necessities;
• Keeping login credentials confidential and not sharing passwords with any other party;
• Notifying vworld immediately if unauthorised access to the account is suspected;
• Updating personal information in the account should any changes occur.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

• The player cannot verify their identity, or the information provided is found to be false;
• The account becomes inactive for a period defined by vworld's internal policy;
• At the request of a competent authority.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, vworld is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses incurred during betting activities;
• Disruption or unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond vworld's control;
• Unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's own negligence;
• Changes to the platform or services provided by vworld.

10. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are interpreted and governed by the laws of the international licensing jurisdiction under which vworld operates. Any disputes arising in connection with this agreement will be resolved through the arbitration process established by the relevant licensing body.

Should a dispute arise regarding a transaction or game outcome, players must first contact the vworld customer support team for internal resolution. vworld is committed to handling all complaints fairly, transparently, and within a reasonable timeframe.

Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be found invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, that provision will be reinterpreted to the extent necessary to make it valid, while the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
